I booked my Manali trip through them, and had an awesome experience. The customer service was really prompt and they were very understanding. Mrs. Upasana was a great help throughout the trip!!!

It was an amazing trio, the services offered were upto mark. It was a lovely spiti tour. Our cab driver was professional and cab was neat and clean. We can't expect much in terms of luxury in spiti.

Vikrant Sood is a nice person to speak to cordially and does his best to look after various things needed for ur travel, but sometimes the quality goes below par down the line when other service providers in chain down do not provide service promised.

मेरे लिए ट्रैवल दुनिया एक नया नाम था जब फोन किया तो किसी विक्रांत भाई से बात हुई उनसे 12 लोगों के लिए पैकेज लिया लेह लद्दाख का 5 दिन का । कोई बारगेनिंग नहीं लेकिन इसमें कोई शक नहीं कि जो उन्होंने वायदा किया था वही सुविधाएं हमें लगातार मिली जैसे एयरपोर्ट पर पहुंचने के बाद बिना प्रतीक्षा किए टैक्सी की व्यवस्था मिली जिस क्वालिटी के होटल उन्होंने कहे थे वह भी मिला होटल के कर्मचारियों का व्यवहार बहुत अच्छा था। पेंगोंग स्टे का इरादा था लेकिन उन्होंने पहले ही कह दिया था कि वहां रात्रि रुकने की व्यवस्था नहीं हो पा रही है हालांकि मैं समझता हूं उनके लिए यह आसान हो सकता था थोड़ा कोस्ट बढ़ाई जा सकती थी मगर फिर भी शायद 2 लोगों के स्वास्थ्य खराब होने के कारण हमारे लिए स्टे ना करना ही उचित था इसमें कोई शक नहीं है कि जिस होटल में भी हम रुके वहां कहने के बाद सुबह नाश्ते में अच्छी क्वालिटी का नाश्ता मिला है फिर भी दो स्थानों पर जहां टेंट में कैंप किया वहां नाश्ते की क्वालिटी बहुत अच्छी नहीं थी लेकिन कुल मिलाकर सबसे बड़ी चीज है कि कदम कदम पर असिस्टेंट उनके सहयोगी और दिए हुए निश्चित समय पर गाड़ियां उपलब्ध रहें । यहां तक कि कई बार तो अंतिम क्षणों में भी उन्होंने सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई हैं मैं अगली बार भी ट्रैवल दुनिया के जरिए ही यात्रा करना चाहूंगा धन्यवाद मैं दीपक शर्मा मेरठ
